Websites we like - The Art of Manliness

If there's any one website we'd recommend for gentleman, The Art of Manliness is it. This site, run by a husband and wife team like us, devotes its posts to a wide-range of topics of interest to men. It's not just shaving, muscles, and bacon, although those are included. Other topics include finding your calling, etiquette and table manners, winterizing your home, kitchen fundamentals, and how to look sharp. Thanks to The Art of Manliness, Matt has a pocket knife and handkerchief on him at all times, and they really do come in handy.

Coming from Brett McKay, The Art of Manliness founder, himself - "Talking about honorable manliness was to me a niche seemingly not covered on the web or elsewhere, and I decided to start The Art of Manliness to talk about all things manly- both the serious and the fun, but with the ultimate eye toward encouraging readers to be better husbands, fathers, brothers, men." Taking the advice offered on the site will truly make you grow as a man.

Each post is nicely written and the wide variety of vintage pictures and graphics add visual interest. They even have frequent contests and give-aways of gentleman-friendly products. To top all of this off, The Art of Manliness has one of the rarest thing found on the Internet, a forum whose members strive to be helpful and civil at all times. What more can you ask for?
